Terms and Conditions for Charity Golf Club Day
Event Participation
- All participants must register prior to the event.
- Participants must adhere to the rules and regulations of the golf club.
- Members will need to provide their membership number during registration. If they are not members, they will be charged the full price.
Registration Fees
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- All proceeds from the event will go to the Pavilion project.
Safety and Conduct
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
- The golf club reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate behaviour.
Liability
- The organisers are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.
- Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
Weather Policy
- The event will proceed rain or shine.
- In the case of severe weather, the event may be rescheduled.
Use of Images
- By participating, you consent to the use of your image in any promotional materials for the event.
Privacy
- Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of the event and will not be shared with third parties.
